You must choose the guarantee offer when purchasing a service network membership. When your membership duration begins, you can secure a full return on your contribution by maximizing the savings of your membership. Every service request you make will reward you with additional discounts which combine to create a full return on your contribution. We try to provide you with an additional fifteen to twenty percent discount on our services until your guarantee has been fulfilled.

2. Does my contribution help anyone if I choose the guarantee?

Yes. Your contribution will still benefit others if you choose to keep your guaranteed return. However, this will obviously limit the amount of assistance we can provide to others. When you choose to keep your guarantee, we use a large portion of your contribution to directly benefit you instead.
