Our contributors receive a service network membership with several additional benefits for participating. When you contribute to our mission, you get the support of our entire community. We accept a limited number of accounts to ensure that every contributor gets immediate and individually focused attention.

We provide a nearly limitless array of service options to our members. If you need help with almost anything, we are here to lend you a hand. If you’re not sure that we cover your needs or can accommodate your special circumstances, just ask.

4. How long will my membership last?

The contributor package that you select will determine the duration of your membership. However, your membership duration will not begin until your first successful request for services. Once we begin work on your first request for service the clock will start ticking.

5. How will you save me money?

We begin by locating the best price on materials required for your job, when applicable. The real savings comes from cutting the costs of labor associated with the service you’ve requested. We implement a number of resources to provide everyone with the best solution possible.

6. How do I know I’ll get the best service and rates?

We recommend that you get free estimates from multiple businesses before beginning any large project. This is one way you can be sure to get the best rates available in your area. Do this and we will beat any reasonable estimate. You can verify our quality of work by checking with our references or trying our services and letting the outcome speak for itself.

7. What do I do with service tickets?

When you find yourself in need of assistance, you can use a service ticket to request our help. Visit our project or favor request forms and input your ticket number in the appropriate field. We will need your ticket number to process your request. Service ticket numbers are simply a confirmation code that informs us of your eligibility and account status.
