That depends on a number of factors. A portion of every contribution is used to create incentives for our volunteers and provide better local jobs. The remainder of your contribution can be used to benefit yourself, provide outreach to a recipient of your choice, or funding for the charitable project you support.

2. When does my contribution get used?

If you choose a specific outreach recipient, your contribution will be put to use immediately. When you choose to direct your contribution toward a charitable cause the funds you generate will be placed in a project budget. These budgets will be used as needed to execute our charitable projects. Our community will vote to determine which projects we execute and when.

3. What happens if I choose to contribute to a charitable cause?

When you support a charitable project that is currently operating, your funding will be applied to the budget immediately. If you would like to support a cause that we are not currently affecting, your funding will be added to an account until the project you’ve selected is approved for execution.

4. What happens if I choose to contribute to outreach?

Choosing outreach will allow us to make a direct difference in your community. If you do not elect a specific recipient, your contribution will be used to benefit someone in need as close to your neighborhood as possible.

5. What if I have someone specific in mind for outreach?

Our contributors will have the ability to personally select the outreach recipient of their choice. Allowing you to show compassion for a friend, family member, neighbor, or even a stranger that is need of extra assistance.

6. What happens if I choose a guaranteed return?

Choosing a guaranteed return dedicates a large portion of your contribution to your own personal benefit. Maximize your use of our service network and you can achieve a full return on your contribution through additional discounts on our products and services. We work to provide you with an additional fifteen to twenty percent discount on our services until your guarantee has been fulfilled.

7. What are volunteer generated hours and how are they used?

When you choose to direct your contribution toward charity or outreach, you will generate volunteer hours. This determines the number of actual working hours or their equivalent which you will create for the charitable cause or outreach recipient you elected to support.
